About me
I’m Stefanie – a certified naturopath, yoga teacher, and coach with a holistic view on health. I originally studied International Business Management, but my true passion has always been health and the interplay between body and mind. In 2012, I completed my certification as a naturopath and have since continuously expanded my knowledge in functional and orthomolecular medicine as well as mitochondrial therapy, gaining extensive practical experience along the way. Over the past 10 years, I’ve focused intensively on treating various digestive disorders (IBS, leaky gut, SIBO), exhaustion and burnout, hormonal imbalances, and psychosomatic complaints.
Throughout the years, my understanding of health has constantly evolved: I see each person as a whole – and I firmly believe that true healing occurs when we address all levels – body, mind, and soul.
My therapeutic approach
I take an individualized approach, grounded in a deep understanding of the body’s complex systems. I combine evidence-based methods such as lab diagnostics, mitochondrial medicine, and micronutrient therapy with alternative natural treatments. These include nutritional therapy, stress regulation, herbal medicine, homeopathy, Ayurveda, and innovative methods to support cellular metabolism. Thanks to my additional training in yoga and coaching, I can support people holistically – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
It’s especially important to me not to treat patients just symptomatically, but to consider their full story and background in order to support them on their personal path to greater well-being.
Why alternative medicine?
Naturopathy allows me to view symptoms holistically and to look deeper – especially in cases where conventional medicine may not offer clear answers. I value the opportunity to work in depth – with time, empathy, and scientifically grounded methods. My goal is not just short-term relief but long-term stability and improved quality of life for my patients.
What’s special about Circle Health
What excites me about Circle Health is the interdisciplinary exchange within the team – professionals with a wide range of expertise come together to provide the best possible support for each patient. This collaborative, innovative environment is what makes truly holistic medicine possible.
Advice for new patients
Health isn’t a destination – it’s a journey. Every step, every conscious decision matters. Radical overnight changes aren’t necessary – often, it’s the small, consistent adjustments in everyday life that lead to noticeably more well-being and quality of life.
Outside the practice
I love discovering new perspectives on the yoga mat, finding peace in the garden, spending time with my family and friends, and enjoying delicious food. I also enjoy trying new things – like breathwork and yoga workshops.
